"PowerHouse fans I hope you are all using your cards! Last week I was fortunate to talk with Ms. Evans for my free half hour of coaching and WOW, did I learn a lot. Guess what: I get to eat every three hours and my workouts are shorter - crazy, huh?! We went over my eating habits, and while they weren't spectacular, I was on the right track. Besides adding a few more grains and protein, I still get to have my "fun" foods. As for my workouts, I am the type who loves to get in and out of the gym as quickly as possible. Jenny gave me some great ideas on making my workouts more intense by adding intervals."
