Here’s your PowerHouse Hit the Deck assignment for the week:  Choose a challenging intensity category and get in a 30 minute workout, 3 different times from now until next Sunday the 15th.  You can split your 30 minute workout in to two 15 minute sessions, three 10 minute sessions or whatever you need to do to accumulate 30 minutes – it doesn’t have to happen all at once, just by the end of the day.

When you finish your 3 workouts, email me your name, handle, or alias, the city you live in and I’ll post it on the blog – the glory! (
